Task 018_Chatters_Illustrated Poster

I made my poster simple and colorful to appeal to younger bloggers. The watermark is of the inside of a computer that I'm presently attempting to rebuild. The header is of binary codeand the bright yellow image is sandwiched between two different colored text.

 I had difficulty creating a jpg file for my illustrated poster using the media- conversion site.  When I added this step, Input Format, I was able to save the poster to JPEG.  My new problem is, I can't seem to open the image in JPEG to post it to my block.  I receive a message to upgrade, for the price of $99, to a new Microsoft imaging program (actually its three programs for the price).  My question is, is it essential to post the image to the blog?
